Policies

• 25% per night non refundable deposit required at time of booking.
• Both units are non smoking
• No pets
• There is a 72 hour cancellation policy: Within 72 hours there will be a full charge unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
• During the months of September and October a 14 day notice is required or there will be a full charge.
• A minimum of $25.00 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations
• Cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard and Discover Card accepted.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. $15.00 for each extra person.
• Full payment if reservation is made within 10 days of stay.
• 10% discount for 4 or more days.
• We have a key-less entry so check in can be any time after 4 pm. Check out 11:00am
• Holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum
