The Schoenbrunn Amphitheatre is home to numerous productions and events throughout the outdoor season, most notably Ohio’s premier and longest running outdoor historic drama “Trumpet in the Land” and “The White Savage.”
The Quaker Cinema was one of the first theatres in Tuscarawas County to be built exclusively for indoor movie showings. Open since 1940, this unique theatre boasts both new releases and special independent movie showings.
The Lynn Drive-In is the oldest drive-in movie theatre in Ohio and one of the oldest in the nation, active since 1937. Equipped with two digital projectors, the Lynn is open seven days a week during their peak summer schedule.

The Ohio Star Theater features family-friendly entertainment in Ohio’s Amish Country! Live theater, musicals, and concerts are available nightly in this new 512 seat theater. Dutch Valley Restaurant and the Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek are also located on the campus.
The Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Kent State University at Tuscarawas is a contemporary 50,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a 1,100 seat theatre with a mezzanine level and dress circle balcony. This spectacular Center also features a multi-purpose rehearsal room, classrooms and dressing rooms. A versatile two-level lobby will seat 368 guests for receptions and conferences.
