You don’t have to worry about special Thanksgiving hours! Here’s a list of the best spots for Thanksgiving drinks in Tusc so you can add some holiday spirits to your plans.
311 Wine Room – Open from 4PM to 10PM both Wednesday and Friday this week. Uhrichsville’s premier wine lounge has more than 50 wines by the bottle or glass as well as flights! Experience all they have to offer!
Baltic Mill Winery – Open Noon to 7PM Wednesday and Friday. Enjoy their handcrafted wines paired with a meat and cheese platter, vegetable plate or a New York style cheesecake dessert. If you are looking for some additional cuisine, you’re invited to bring in food of your own! It’s a guarantee there will be plenty in our refrigerators the day after Thanksgiving.
Breitenbach Wine Cellars – From 9AM to 6PM you can travel out towards Amish Country to enjoy the stunning views and even better wines. It’s also the perfect chance to visit the gift shop and get some holiday purchases under your belt! Turn the perfect friends’ day out into a completed task at Breitenbach Wednesday or Friday.
Silver Moon Winery – Open 9AM to 6PM on either side of Thanksgiving, you can buy a bottle for Thursday’s meal or get one for yourself to celebrate a job well done Friday! The Silver Moon Winery in Dover also offers great wine related gifts in their Tasting Room!
Han’s Place Winery – On Wednesday you can gather all your friends between 10AM and 8PM to enjoy the beautiful and serene setting at Han’s Place in Dover before the Thanksgiving battle begins. Or head on over Friday 10AM to 10PM after the dust has settled. You can enjoy their delicious menu of food and drink as well as live music by Tequila Mary.
School House Winery – Open Wednesday noon to 8PM and Friday, noon to 5PM, the School House Winery welcomes families and friends to socialize over wine and games at their location in Dover. Try their award winning wines, order a pitcher of sangria and delight in their pizzas and light appetizers.
5 Barrel Bullet Brewing Company – From 3PM to midnight Wednesday and Friday this East High brewery is serving the hits. On Wednesday you can try the local brews and enjoy live music at 7PM by the Tuscarawas River Band. They quiet down the setting on Friday so visitors can relax and discuss their holiday, and then it’s back to more entertainment further on into the weekend!
Hoodletown Brewing Company – Open Wednesday from 3PM to 10PM and then extended hours Friday, noon to 11pm, Hoodletown is here to get us through the holiday. Enjoy their seasonal brews or return for your favorite craft. There’s no wrong choice when you visit this Dover gem.
Lockport Brewery – From noon to 10PM both Wednesday and Friday, Lockport will be serving their famous craft beers along with a full menu to satisfy your hunger. As one of Tuscarawas County’s oldest breweries, Lockport knows exactly how to help their customers through this holiday weekend.
