Tuscarawas County is home to Ohio’s longest running outdoor historical drama (Trumpet in the Land), the amazing Performing Arts Center at Kent State University Tuscarawas, the Amish-themed Ohio Star Theater and more. We also host the nation’s 2nd oldest drive in theater, the Lynn Drive In!
Nine golf courses call our rolling hills and green landscapes home here in Tuscarawas County Ohio! From Auman to Willandale, golfers are sure to find a course that suits them the best.
Tuscarawas County Ohio is home to the site of Ohio’s only Revolutionary War fort (Fort Laurens), the World’s Largest Cuckoo Clock in Sugarcreek and the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum – a National Historic Landmark! With over 20 museums and historic sites, we have something for every budding historian.

The Tuscarawas County CVB has put together an eight stop, county wide geocaching trail called “History Makes a Left Turn” (HMTL for short). Do you have what it takes to find all of our caches and collect your coin?
