Information Available: Estate Records – 1808 to Present; Guardianships – 1808 to Present; Naturalization Records – 1808 to 1904 (Tuscarawas County Clerk of Courts has Records from 1905 to Present); Birth Records – 1867 to 1908; Death Records – 1867 to 1908 (Birth and Death Records after 1908 can be found at either the City of New Philadelphia Health Department (if birth or death occurred within the city limits of New Philadelphia) at 150 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia or at the Tuscarawas County Health Department, 897 East Iron Avenue, Dover);
Note: The Court only has one microfilm reader/printer. Users will have to share their time to use the machine. The Tuscarawas County Genealogical Society has the original records of the Tuscarawas County Probate Court.
