The Newcomerstown Bicentennial Committee would like to invite you to their New Year’s Eve Celebration on Tuesday, December 31st from 8:00pm until Midnight to help kickoff their 2014 Bicentennial celebrations! This family friendly event will feature entertainment at six different locations throughout the downtown. From mighty pipe organs to puppet shows all the way to games, food, and fireworks at midnight!
